Our Local And Organic Ingredients

At Benito’s we always try our best to incorporate locally harvested and certified organic ingredients into our line of sauces and infused maple syrups.  In 2023, we sourced over 10,000 pounds of organic chile peppers, fresh vegetables and pure organic Vermont maple syrup from six local Vermont farms. Benito still prepares, cooks, and bottles every batch of hot sauce by hand himself using locally harvested ingredients. Enjoy! – Ol’ Benito
