Paper Lantern Hot Sauce

This hot sauce is made with local Vermont grown paper lantern peppers and oven roasted onions! It is also known as our "caramelized onion" hot sauce. It is an incredibly versatile traditional red hot sauce that is exceptional on everything from fries, to breakfast burritos to pizza and more! Heat level is a solid medium to medium hot.
